Scale 9: £53,361 to £56,168 a year

Based at Authority Headquarters, Aylesbury

We require an Organisational Development Manager for the next 15 to 18 months to support our ambitious culture change programme. You will support the HR Director in driving the programme forward throughout the organisation. You will need to demonstrate a track record of tangible OD interventions that have positively changed business performance.
