Preventative service and maintenance contract

Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes Fire Authority has a need for a preventative service and maintenance contract for three sites and is inviting expressions of interest by 5pm on Monday 14 July 2008.

All electrical and mechanical plant and systems at its Brigade Headquarters, Aylesbury Fire Station and Marlow Fire Station are to be included.

This contract will include such items to service and maintain as follows:

• Generators
  
  
• Air conditioning and heating
  
  
• Ventilation
  
  
• Fire alarm systems
  
  
• Emergency lighting
  
  
• Entry systems
  
  
• All mechanical plant
  
  
• All electrical systems

It excludes appliance bay doors and drainage systems.
