HR manager Steve Foster said: “Packs can only be collected by an individual for his or her own use. I’m afraid partners, parents, friends and relatives cannot collect packs on other people’s behalf, and we cannot post them out.”

In order to take a pack you must bring two passport photos and proof of eligibility to work in the UK, such as a passport. If the required identification is not produced, a pack cannot be taken.
