Have your car washed by Great Missenden's firefighters on Saturday 20 June and help raise money for charity at the same time!

The fundraising car wash event in aid of The Fire Fighters Charity will take place at The Misbourne School between 10am and 4pm. It cannot be held at the fire station because a 20-week contract to extend and refurbish the building will have started. 

The Fire Fighters Charity is a national charity which provides assistance to serving and retired fire and rescue service staff, their families and dependants.

Terry Ridgley, Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service's representative on The Fire Fighters Charity , said: "We hope this event will help us raise the profile of our charity and bring in some much-needed funds for it."
