Firefighters from Brill, Haddenham and Waddesdon put on a display for the crowds at Ludgershall Bike Night last night.

They carried out a road traffic collision extrication, showing how they release people who are trapped in a vehicle after a crash.

Keith Wheeler, Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service's road safety manager, gave a running commentary to the audience. Ali Angus, community safety co-ordinator, took on the role as a "casualty" inside the car, which was on its side.

Community safety and road safety team members talked to many of the bike enthusiasts attending the annual event about safer riding in an effort to minimise the number of bikers killed or injured on the county's roads.

Brill, Haddenham and Waddesdon Fire Stations are looking to recruit Retained Duty System firefighters - click here if you are interested in finding out more.
