Wanted – one doll’s house, preferably large, with or without furniture!

That’s the unusual request from Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service, who would like to use it to help illustrate how people can stay safe at home.

Community Safety Partnership Manager David Ridley, who is based in Milton Keynes, said: “We are hoping someone has a large doll’s house they no longer require so that we can use it to highlight types of safety equipment people can use inside and outside their homes.

“We will initially be using it to demonstrate what householders can do to protect their properties from floods during a series of flood awareness events in October.”
