Firefighters gave first aid to three men who were injured when their car overturned as it was leaving the M25 and joining the M40 this morning.

It happened at just after 10am on the south east sliproad leading from junction 16 of the M25 to junction 1a of the M40.

Crews from Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield attended. Watch Manager Denis Melia from Gerrards Cross Fire Station said: “We gave initial first aid and oxygen to all three men while the ambulance was on its way.

"As a precaution we put a collar on the driver and put him on to a spinal board.”
