The Firefighter Experience is just one of the attractions at tomorrow's "Big Day Out".
13 June 2008
Community safety experts will be converging on Aylesbury tomorrow (Saturday 14 June) for their "Big Day Out" - a showcase of displays and information for the public.
It will take place in Kingsbury from 11am to 3pm, and involves staff from Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service, Thames Valley Police, Aylesbury Vale District Council, Buckinghamshire County Council, Thames Valley Probation Service and the Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust.

Other attractions include:

- An alcohol quiz with prizes including an iPod, cinema tickets and entertainment vouchers.
- A search arch used in weapon detection.
- The i-van - a mobile multimedia ICT studio in which people can mix music and produce videos.
