Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service is selling off four fire engines now that they have reached the end of their working lives as front-line appliances.
They are among six vehicles which are being sold by sealed bid tender next month.
One of the fire engines – a Renault Midliner which began service at Gerrards Cross Fire Station in 1994 – featured in the TV programme Blues and Twos. It was last based at Chesham Fire Station.
A Renault Midliner which last saw service at Brill Fire Station is also up for sale, along with a Volvo FL617 (Bletchley and Buckingham) and a Mercedes 1222 (Haddenham Training School).
The sealed bid tender closes at 11am on Wednesday 28 March. Offers will be accepted on official tender documents only.

Five of our old fire engines and a Chevrolet recovery truck will shortly be off to their new homes following a sale by sealed-bid tender. The 38 bids were opened at 11am today, and the winning bids totalled £16,012.50.
