Complaints concerning Fire Safety matters
Should you have any concerns about fire safety standards in any premises in Buckinghamshire or Milton Keynes, please contact us with full details of the nature of the complaint.

People raising concerns will be encouraged to provide their contact details at the time of making the complaint. However, anonymous complaints are accepted.
What will happen next
If the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies, the premises will be audited by a Protection Enforcing Officer as soon as practicable. The urgency of the response will be assessed on the nature of the complaint and the risk to life.
If the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 does not apply, the complaint will be forwarded to an appropriate authority and the complainant will be informed of this.
