Here's what to do: |
- Dial 999 from any telephone, including mobiles.
- The operator will ask "Which service do you require?"
- Say "Fire service"

You will then be routed to nearest Fire Control Centre. "Fire Service - Can I help you?" |
- Give details of the emergency
- Give your full address
- Give your telephone number
- Give your name
- Give any other details you think may be important
